PRIVACY POLICY OF

„HAIRTALK” MOBILE APPLICATION

1. The below document describes privacy policy of „HAIRTALK” mobile application (hereinafter "Mobile Application").

2. Joanna Gołębska and Rusłan Laszczowski carrying out business activity in the form of civil law partnership (Polish: spółka cywilna), registered as EXTENSIONS S.C. JOANNA GOŁĘBSKA, RUSŁAN LASZCZOWSKI, the address of place business and address for service: ul. A. Gaudiego 6, 44-109 Gliwice, NIP [Tax Identification Number]: 6312512210 (hereinafter „Operator”) treat privacy policy of users very seariously and undertake all action in order to protect all personal data as much as possible.

3. User is anyone who uses the resources of mobile application solely for their own use.

It is not acceptable for the user to use the resources and functions of the mobile application for the purpose  of  business  activities  and  activities  that  would  violate  the  interests  of the Operator.

4. In order to use the mobile application properly, it is required to have mobile devices (phones) with Android operating system - version 6.0 or higher, or iOS version 12.1 or higher. Location services has to be enabled.

5. As part of the mobile application, the Operator provides the following services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"):

5.1. searching for partner hair salons based on location,

5.2. showing inspiration using the operator's products,

5.3. getting to know the operator's full product range,

5.4. contacting the operator.

6. The Operator is not the Administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR) and as part of the services provided by the Operator electronically.

7. The Operator does not process the user's personal data, because it is not necessary to provide any personal data in order to use the services, nor for other purposes in accordance with applicable law, in particular with regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

8. Using the resources of mobile application does not require user registration and thus does not

require to provide any user data.

9. The use of mobile application is free of charge.

10. The operator will not store any user data.

11. The User has the right:

11.1. to install and use the mobile application free of charge,

11.2. to report problems with the functioning of mobile application,

11.3. to rate the mobile application in Google Play and App Store,

11.4. to stop using the mobile application and uninstall it from the device at any time.
